Troy Wayne Several months ago, I received word that my wonderful great aunt might not have long to live. I flew to Texas, rented a car and headed toward Weatherford. On my way there, I called Special Impressions and asked if they could make an arrangement on short notice. Allen was very accommodating and understanding and when I mentioned the reason for my visit and that I wasn't sure I'd make it to his shop before closing time, he simply told me not to worry about it...he'd be there until I got there. He made a gorgeous arrangement that thrilled my aunt, who thankfully, ended up recovering.Last Thursday, not thinking about the holiday which coincides with my aunt's birthday, I called from Europe to try and have an arrangement sent. I got voicemails and figured that I was out of luck, which was my fault for not thinking ahead. Friday morning, I got a text from Allen telling me that he was back in the shop and would be happy to help me if I still wanted to send the flowers. I called him and mentioned doing business with him in January. He remembered that evening and was eager to help me again. He even said he'd make sure that my aunt knew that I had tried to have the flowers delivered the day before, in time for her birthday.I must say that doing business with Allen has been more like having a good friend who happens to own a flower shop. Just talking to him put me at ease and I knew that whatever I selected, he was going to make it great. His kindness and eagerness to help while creating beautiful bouquets is something that one just doesn't find very often. One can sense his commitment to providing a personable experience to his guests, coupled with a genuine sincerity reminiscent of a simpler, gentler time. I'm just a guy who bought a few roses from him a couple of times, but he made me feel like my aunt's happiness and my satisfaction were the most important things on Earth.Of course, I hope my aunt lives many more years... and throughout those years, it will be my pleasure to return to Allen and Special Impressions when I want to spoil her and show her how special she is. Thank you, Allen! You're awesome!-Troy in Germany
